Download the OpenCart live chat extension from the module page.
Upload to your root folder (OpenCart installed directory).
Extract the zipped file.
Login to your OpenCart admin area.
Go to Extensions -> Modules.
Find the ClickDesk module in the list and Install it.
You can now find the "Edit link" option for the ClickDesk plugin.
Click on it and wait for the ClickDesk page to load completely.
Sign up for a ClickDesk account if you don't already have one. Log in to your account through this page.
Click on Add Agent.
Enter the agent details such as 'full name' and 'nick name'.
Add an email and password for the web chat panel.
Click on 'Install Plugin' in the "Departments and Code" section.
OpenCart Chat Plugin is installed now.
ClickDesk's customizable OpenCart live chat widget will now appear on all of your OpenCart store pages
