Signup for a ClickDesk plan to use the integration. You'll be up and running in no time!
Go to Chargify Integration to configure.
Get the API Key from your Chargify account. Navigate to 'My Account', click on 'API Access' and copy the key. Make sure that API access is enabled.
Enter your Chargify URL and save the changes.
Chargify live chat integration is now active on your account.
When a customer visits your site and enters their email to initiate a live chat, agents will now receive the customer's information along with their Chargify subscription details, directly in the chat window.
Click the Profile URL to view the customer's complete Chargify profile.
Click the Subscription URL to see details about the customer's subscription.
