FreshBooks Chat Integration Setup Guide

Enable the Integration

Login to your ClickDesk Dashboard.

Go to Live Chat -> Plugins and Integrations. Click on FreshBooks to configure the plugin

Login to your FreshBooks account, navigate to 'My Account' and click on 'Freshbooks API'. Copy the authentication token.

In the integration setup page at ClickDesk, paste the authentication token, enter Freshbooks URL and save.

View Past Invoices

You have successfully integrated FreshBooks with ClickDesk.

When a customer visits your website and enters their email address to initiate a live chat, agents will receive the customer's information along with past invoice details from FreshBooks directly on their Agent Dashboard
