Download our CS-Cart Live Chat Add-on.
Login to your web host control panel and go to the root folder using file manager.
Upload the CS-Cart Live Chat Add-on zip file to the root. Extract the file.
Click on Add-ons.
Scroll down to find ClickDesk in the add-ons section.
Click on the 'manage' link to proceed with the setup of a new ClickDesk account.
Please wait for the sign up page to completely load.
Sign up for a ClickDesk account if you do not have one. Log in to your account through this page.
Click on Add Agent.
Enter the agent details such as 'full name' and 'nick name'.
Add an email and password for the web chat panel.
Click on the 'Add Department' to create a new department.
Assign operators to it by enabling the checkbox and adding operators.
You will now see a new department created and an 'Install Plugin' link.
Click on 'Install Plugin' on the 'Departments & Code' page.
ClickDesk-CS-Cart plugin is now installed.
ClickDesk's live chat widget will now appear on all of your CS-Cart store pages!.
