Add new contact details directly from the chat by using the shortcut /add
Add new tags to contacts to trigger a campaign. Send /tag <tagname> during live chat
Add new notes to the contact in live chat by using the shortcut /note <message>
Adding a tag to a customer would trigger a campaign. For example, you might want to send a follow up mail asking for feedback after the end of a chat session. Replying with a shortcut /tag <tagname> during live chat would trigger that campaign. You can also setup email, tweet or phone campaigns to the contacts and trigger them instantly from the live chat.
