This week, we are excited to launch a new feature that will allow agents to assist customers with different languages: Click-to-Translate. When a customer posts a live chat message in a language other than your own, just click on it and you will be able to translate that message right from the webchat window.
We are more than thrilled to bring this feature to our customers. Our Click-to-Translate is powered by Google (need I say more about it’s translation certainty?), so translation accuracy is a guarantee. Companies with clients all over the world can now easily handle customers with a click of a button. Geographical and linguistic barriers are removed as your customers and agents can communicate easily.
This new feature supports 64 different languages including Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Russian and Portuguese to name a few. Your preferred language translation can be configured in your Agent Panel settings.
