ClickDesk - Weebly Setup Guide
Step 1: Create an Account
- Sign up for a ClickDesk account and verify your email if you have not done so already.
- Please log in to configure your account.
- After logging into your ClickDesk Dashboard, click on "Add Operator".
Step 2: Add an Operator
- Enter the operator details such as Full name, nick name, email id, IM and other details. Click on Add Operator at the end of this form.
- You will now receive automated contact requests to your IM. Please accept all of them.
Step 3: Create a Department
- Click on "Add Department" tab to create a new department.
- Enter a department name and assign operators to it by enabling the checkbox.
- You will now see a new department created.
Step 4: Get your Code
- You can assign any number of operators to a department depending on your selected plan.
- Click on the "Get your code" link to view your 4 lines of code.
- Copy these lines of javascript code to pate it in Weebly.
Step 5: Weebly Settings
- Log in to your Weebly editor panel.
- On the main editor navigation bar, click on Settings.
- Click on the "Search Engine Optimization (SEO)" tab.
Step 6: Save and Publish
- Paste the ClickDesk live chat code in the footer section.
- Click on Save.
- Publish your site to see ClickDesk live chat appear on your Weebly site.
