List view provides you complete chat information like - Date/time, Visitor Email ID, Visitor Name, Agent Name, User Rating for your agent response, Location, Duration, etc.,
It helps you to get quick overview on your received chats on specific day or for whole month. Just mouse over on a specific date to know the number of chats.
From department dropdown list you can select any of your configured department to get the chat transcript details.
Broadcast is nothing but the web visitors initiated the chat. Proactive is nothing but your proactive rule will initiate the chat with your web visitor.
You can get complete information about your visitor - agent conversation along with the complete information about your web visitor by just clicking on the link "Broadcast or Proactive"
