For free plans, we allow only one simultaneous chat. For paid plans, we allow five simultaneous chats at a time for each operator.


How do I receive chats or calls from my web visitors?

With ClickDesk, you can use your favorite IM to take chats or calls. While setting up an agent, simply specify the GTalk or Skype ID where you or your agent would like to receive chats or calls. Once the setup is complete, when your web visitor initiates a chat or call through ClickDesk we will forward the chats and calls directly to your IM (GTalk or Skype).


Can I answer chats/calls on my mobile phone or tablet?

Absolutely! Since ClickDesk sends the chats and calls to your GTalk/Skype, you can login to those IM clients from your mobile or tablet as well. You can answer all your chats and calls even while you are on the go.


What if I'm unavailable to answer chats or calls?

ClickDesk is much more than a live chat. If you are unavailable to take calls or chats, ClickDesk will allow your web visitors to leave offline chats which will get converted to tickets in helpdesk system which you can answer at your convenience.
