With ClickDesk, you can use your favorite IM to take chats or calls. While setting up an agent, simply specify the GTalk or Skype ID where you or your agent would like to receive chats or calls. Once the setup is complete, when your web visitor initiates a chat or call through ClickDesk we will forward the chats and calls directly to your IM (GTalk or Skype).
