Accept the chat bots on your IM (Gtalk/Skype)
Chat bots show as online in your IM
Send /clickdesk (gtalk) or \clickdesk (Skype) - if the bots are offline
Step 3: Go Live!
Click on Copy code to your site
Create a department to get your live chat code to be used on your site
Copy and paste the code before the closing body tag </body> on your web pages
Optional: Click on 'Add Help Desk' in the dashboard and enable the help desk option for your operators
